Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of this website, our proposals and engagements, and any digital products bought here.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
[01]Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your use of ataforge.com and any digital products or information made available through it. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
AtaForge is registered at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 80322, Dover, DE 19904, United States.
[02]What this website is
This website describes AtaForge's engineering work in robotics: autonomous machines, their software, and the systems that operate them. Descriptions of capabilities, technologies, and timelines are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Robot programs described as in development or in research are exactly that — no AtaForge robot is offered for sale or operation today.
[03]Engagements and proposals
Project work is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or purchase order. Where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.
Estimates given before a discovery phase are indicative. Firm scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in the signed agreement.
[04]Intellectual property
- The website, its design, text, and graphics are owned by AtaForge and protected by intellectual property law.
- Deliverables produced under a client engagement — source code, CAD files, schematics, trained model weights, and deployment configuration — transfer to the client as set out in the signed agreement, normally on full payment.
- AtaForge retains rights to its pre-existing tools, internal libraries, and general know-how, and may reuse them across projects.
- Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
[05]Digital products
Digital products purchased through this site are licensed, not sold. A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product in your own projects, including commercial ones.
Redistribution, resale, or publishing a purchased product as a competing template, kit, or asset pack is not permitted.
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are non-refundable unless the product is materially defective and the defect cannot be corrected.
[06]Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its accounts, or its infrastructure.
- Do not use automated systems to scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload malicious code or use the site to distribute unlawful material.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
[07]Safety-critical and clinical use
Nothing on this website is a safety certification, an operating permission, or a substitute for a site's own risk assessment. Machines described here are in development and are not certified for autonomous operation near people.
Robotic and automation systems are delivered with safety documentation and operating limits. The operator is responsible for deploying them within those limits and complying with local safety regulations.
[08]Disclaimers
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Any reliance you place on website content is at your own risk.
[09]Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtaForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a project engagement is governed by the limits set out in the signed agreement for that engagement.
[10]Third-party links
The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.
[11]Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the website fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
[12]Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
